Specialized Experience:
For the GG-07, you must have at least one year of qualifying experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GG-05 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to GG-05 if outside the Federal service, is required.
Specialized experience is defined as: utilizing research methodologies to identify program issues; presenting solutions related to the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative personnel programs demonstrating Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving as described in the vacancy announcement.

Responsibilities
- Analyzes technical and personnel programs which support mission requirements and determines program effectiveness and efficiency. Analysis requires consideration of information which may be conflicting, incomplete, or difficult to document.
- Participates in or conducts studies/surveys, analyzing findings and making recommendations which support assigned mission. Recommendations may affect the way programs operate within the agency.
- Analyzes staffing data and prepares text in various formats. Prepares charts, graphs, and other visual aids which display program information and support recommendations.
- Participates in long-range personnel planning in support of assigned DISA programs (planning includes tracking, consolidating, and coordinating available resources relating to assigned programs).
