Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Prime contract team. JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform a re-write of ths system and migrate the MySQL database to a MongoDB. The candidate should have some knowledge of MySQL and a greater knowledge of MongoDB. VueJS is important to the front-end portion of this task. LOCATION: Annapolis Junction, MD/Remote - up to 16 hrs per week can be remote DUTIES TO INCLUDE: Development of software solutions by analyzing system performance standards Assisting with development and execution of test procedures for software components Writing or reviewing software system documentation TYPICAL EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Note: Twenty four (24) years total of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelor's degree. BASIC (REQUIRED) QUALIFICATIONS: TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Front-end (10%) VueJS JavaScript build frameworks (npm, nodejs, gulp, etc.) Java Web applications Back-end (80%) Mongo DB / Elasticsearch Spring Framework Spring Boot MySQL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in an Agile software development environment Experience managing software code using Git & MAVEN Experience using with Jira and Confluence BI&A is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
