ResponsibilitiesThe Sponsor provides technical cyber guidance on use of various technologies; enhances the cyber posture and usability/applicability; provides critical cyber guidance on infrastructure, networks and supply chain issues; conducts systems testing and evaluation, and delivers technical support to investigations and insider threat issues. The division leverages technology, combined with subject matter expertise, to conduct these activities in support of the-as well as Intelligence Community partners and stakeholders. The Technical Director's Staff is seeking systems integratration expertise to assist with cyber investigative effort, architecture reviews, assessment tracking, and laision skills to collaborate across multiple organizations.Perform the following activities, among others, with minimal oversight:* Program schedule development and maintenance, with understanding of creating program milestones and identifying dependencies across activities* Change Control, Records Management as a result of decision board* Schedule Management* Coordinate and facilitate meetings (deconfliction across invitees and conference rooms)* Meeting notes, decision, and action item tracking as part of decision board attendance/support* Briefing preparation* Logistics (property handling, facilitate passing clearances, AVARS & EARRS requests, directions)* Security/need-to-know trackingQualificationsEffective coordination and communication at various levels within the Mission Center and external stakeholdersGood organization and planningExceptional interpersonal skills, especially in situations and on sensitive topics for which the Center does not have direct authority over.Excellent listeners and communicators, verbal & oralExcellent and efficient documentation skillsAble to effectively communicate complex/complicated topics with technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work independentlyAble to adjust to changing prioritiesEnergetic, Proactive, takes initiativeAble to discern levels of abstraction and semantic inconsistencies.Insatiable curiosity, always learning, quick study, problem solver.Preference for prevention and preemption, rather than firefighting.Is not thwarted by imprecision, uncertainty, ambiguity, or vagueness.Not easily overwhelmed by detailsEffective under short deadlinesRequires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.ClearanceTS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
