The Recruitment Coordinator ensures efficient processing to provide an optimal candidate experience. This role is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team with scheduling, interviews, reports and fielding questions from candidates. Support the talent acquisition team throughout the recruiting process; Create opportunities in HRIS for permanent, contract or temporary business needs; Interact with executive team candidates and members emulating the ultimate candidate experience; Contact candidates and hiring managers to coordinate interviews (in person or virtually), to include but not limited to travel arrangements, interview schedule; Respond to questions related to staffing policies and procedures; Initiate background checks for candidates; Prepare ad hoc reports for talent management team and human resources to include audits and compliance. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in related field of study AND One (1) year of talent management or human resources experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience Certificates and Licenses: None required. Other Required Qualifications: Microsoft Office 365; Web proficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to exercise sound judgement Proven ability to work effectively with team and customers Must be able to work evenings/weekends as needed Ability to travel 10% of the time Ability to clear required background check Desired Qualifications: Talent acquisition full life cycle experience Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience Experience with UltiPro Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
