The Role:CAVA/Zoes Kitchen is seeking a Cloud Systems Analyst who will provide ongoing support for the Cloud IT infrastructure. As an analyst in the Enterprise Technology organization, this role will be critical in designing and implementing secure and cost-effective business solutions using AWS and Microsoft365 technologies. The Cloud Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing, deploying, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing Cava AWS cloud environment for critical Business Applications, Infrastructure Servers, Active Directory, and Utility Servers.What You'll Do:Ensures proper operation, monitoring, alerting and notification, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and backups of the environment. Identifies opportunities for technology innovation and improved security for digital, data and cybersecurity teamsStays informed on initiatives across the industry and the enterprise to help product owners and IT leadership effectively prioritize.Helps establish a clear, consistent technology vision through collaboration and enablement.Provide level-3 support on problems and technical issues. This includes monitoring the Help Desk tickets to respond to user reported issues in a timely manner.Participates in business-driven technology projects, ensuring proper execution, budgetary control, team communication, and clear documentation, within identified timelines.Maintains, patches, manages and monitors cloud environment within responsibilities of the team. Proactively uses tools to identify troublesome areas as they develop on systems and network connections; analyzes trends and develops a plan to solve problems and prevent their recurrence; maintains high service levels for the user community.Works with other members of the team to share knowledge, procedures, and available time to ensure the continued support and availability of all team supported systems.Supports continuous process improvement efforts to enhance IT operations, services performance, stability, and costs Provides detailed documentation that accurately describes all aspects of the cloud environment including administration policies and procedures. Participate in tool and vendor evaluations and make recommendations for same. Keeps abreast of and research new technologies.
