Ideal candidates are self-starters and team-players that have a broad set of technical skills and relevant domain knowledge.Duties include:The design, coding, and implementation of software solutions that address diverse and complex problem-spaces.The integration of software with existing and already deployed systems.Working with Systems Engineering to interpret customer requirementsand build features / services to specification and within compliance guidelines.Supporting our customer by meeting all customer requirements and working to exceed customer expectations.Performing quality assurance by defining, documenting, analyzing, and performing tests for new and/or modified products or product components, and interpreting results of these tests.Working with the team and customer to investigate and resolve problems as projects mature.Required Skills and Experience:Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and enjoy being part of and contributing to a hard-working team.Must have the ability to quickly learn and creatively leverage new technologies.5+ years of experience with designing, developing, and testing software including 5 or more years development and maintaining Java based software applications.B.S. or MS in Computer Science or Computer/Electronic Engineering disciplines from an accredited educational institution.Full-lifecycle software engineering experience: design, development, integration, test, deployment and support.Proficiency with multiple programming languages: Java is required. C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript and Protocol Buffer (protobuf) are a plusExperience with Development, Build and Configuration tools, for example Atlassian and related development tools: Eclipse, GIT, JIRA, Maven, Confluence, or equivalents.Familiar with Agile Software Development.Willing to travel in a limited capacity.A security clearance or procuring a clearance in the near term, candidates should have or have held a clearance or be clearable.Desired Capabilities:Proficiency with Android development, Android SDK and Android APIs and low level Android APIs.Experience with Machine learning and data to support MLExperience with Government standards and proceduresMust be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
