SUMMARY The Program Supervisor shall serve in a supervisory role responsible for directing the work of Travel Auditor and Lead Travel Auditor contractor personnel performing Financial Activity Streamlining Team (FAST) duties listed. This work requires a sound working knowledge of customer service, automated research tools, a variety of computer applications, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and quality control techniques to ensure accuracy. This position also requires ability to identify issues and develop solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Includes the following: Direct, supervise, and review the work of Travel Auditor and Lead Travel Auditor contractor personnel providing support to the USAOs. Monitor work and report on progress of the Travel Auditors and Lead Travel Auditor contractor personnel to ensure work timeliness and compliance with contractual requirements stated herein. Perform technical and factual research, including on-line data searches, verification of existing data records, data retrieval from existing databases, and compilation of case-related information from database records. Design and develop systems and procedures for tracking, controlling, and managing the completion of tasks, and create management reports for the Government and USAOs. This work shall be conducted in conjunction with the Government Program Manager's prioritization factors and instructions to FAST. Develop reports and performance metrics to include: Response times concerning email correspondence with USAOs Number of calls and voicemails received to/from USAOs Number of vouchers submitted by USAOs Number of vouchers processed by Travel Auditors, to include number submitted to USMS/JMD, returned to USAOs, and rejection corrections. Tracking number of errors by USAOs Tracking number of rejections from USMS/JMD, rejection reasons, and ensuring rejection rate falls within parameters set by Government Program Manager Number of, and processing times for, vouchers received Provide reports on a monthly and weekly basis. Troubleshoot and perform quality control spot-checks to formulate administrative and technical procedures for completing tasks. Conduct analyses to identify errors in documentation received from the USAOs to mitigate delays and errors. Coordinate, as needed, with the USAOs, the Office of Legal Programs, and other EOUSA offices in order to accomplish work. Communicate in a professional and courteous manner with the Office of Legal Programs management, other Government personnel, and office staff. Adhere to the professionalism and conduct policies of Legal Programs and EOUSA. Perform other related duties within scope of the FAST support services as assigned by the Contracting Officer or his designee (ie, Government Program Manager). EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Possess a four-year undergraduate degree in a related field (ie, business administration, criminal justice, etc.) Minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience. Supervisory experience is required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to work independently. Work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision Retrieve and analyze data and information from multiple sources. Ability to review and interpret policy and regulations related to federal travel regulations. Proficient in basic mathematic skills. Attention to detail and quality control techniques to ensure accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (ie, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and in accessing, learning and maintaining various databases and on-line resource search engines. Operate a variety of office equipment, including personal computers, photocopiers, telephone systems, and scanners. Perform editing, reformatting, and generating written and electronic documents using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and other document generation software. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. *Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.* WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is performed in a climate controlled office setting. Some travel may be required.
