Job Summary: The incumbent applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectivesRequirement:Secret Clearance requiredEducation and Experience:BS or BA degree in a business-related disciplineAt least four (4) years Program Analyst experience, two (2) of which must be within the Department of NavyEssential Duties: Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedulesPerforms management, technical, or business case analyses.
