Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Practice Manager/Executive Assistant for our Adventist Medical Group Rehabilitation Inpatient and Outpatient who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Practice Manager/Executive Assistant you will:

• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of strategic and operational initiatives for Adventist Medical Group-Rehabilitation-Inpatient and Outpatient.

• Collaborate and coordinate to ensure processes and procedures are
completed in accordance with established regulatory and policy requirements.

• Proactively engage with physicians and staff in identifying and implementing
standardization and process improvement opportunities.

• Manages all schedules and time of both practice staff and physicians.

• Acts as Executive Assistant to Chief Medical Officer to include but not limited
to: managing deliverables, calendar and travel arrangements, and coordinating
meetings and events as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent education and experience.

• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience preferred.

• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work
effectively with health care professionals.

• Knowledge of credentialing and accreditation principles, processes,
procedures, and documentation preferred.

• Able to recognize and improve processes to contribute to overall workflow.
