Summary

The Business Analyst will serve as a key team member of the Program Management Office (PMO) analyzing program/project results for key takeaways to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with PMs developing and providing accurate and complete program deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain databases and trackers to manage specific programs, included but not limited to contract terms, costs, risks, and key issues.
  • Produce and disseminate stored data in a timely manner.
  • Provide input to the government technical and management lead concerning system, imagery, and data management issues.
  • Gather, assemble, and format data and prepare preliminary analysis for program budget preparation.
  • Prepare and collaborate with the CTI PMO in the preparation of the program budget, including analysis and estimates of expenditures.
  • Perform various operational responsibilities, like subcontract management tasks, job description preparation, or program management reviews, etc.
  • Support quality control by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Provide customer service in a professional work environment, both within CTI and to customers.
  • Support procurements activities for different programs, as needed.
  • Support other subsidiaries with daily business operations support as needed.
  • Assist with business development tasks as needed and participate in company meetings, sharing their ideas to improve the current business model and increase profitability.
  • Engage in customer/client meetings.
  • Must work well with colleagues in a team environment, but also perform well with minimal supervision.
  • Analyze business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain effective communication with partners on specific proposals/opportunities.
  • Assist with logistics and planning for various business development and marketing events.
  • Regularly attend industry conferences, opportunity-specific sessions, and networking events to build market intelligence and relationship.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Secret clearance required and the ability to obtain a top secret clearance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to maintain security clearance requirements.
  • DoD contract support preferred.
  • Ability to structure problems, perform analysis, and present to business partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Process oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Ability to work nights weekends, and holidays as required.
