Our client is a Public Accounting firm looking for an Audit Partner level candidate to join their Metro Orlando office. The Audit Partner is responsible for leading and oversees the execution of all audit engagements, training of all staff and assesses audit quality across the board.A' *Job Duties:* * EnsuresA' Audit Department standards * Schedules Audit activities to be accomplished * DevelopsA' Audit Department standards, policies, and practices * Supervise, direct, train, mentor, and evaluate Managers and Directors * DevelopsA' a strong team effort among the department * Build professional relationships with new and preexisting senior client management * Builds and maintains exceptionalA' professional relationships with new and preexisting audit clients. * Expert knowledge of Internal Revenue Code *QUALIFICATIONS:* A' * Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail. * Expert with standard auditing practices and procedures and the ability to apply them to each project assigned. * Expert knowledge of FASB regulations, GAAS, and GAAP. * Expert knowledge of Internal Revenue Code * Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interview individuals associated with the subject of an audit. * Knowledgeable in the use of computers to document and record audit findings * Expertise with overall company operations and an ability to understand correlations between internal operating departments. *Requirements:* * Master's degree in accounting * Minimum of 12A' years public accounting experience as an audit professional * Licensed CPA. * Experience with software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite. * Proficiency in ProSystem fx Tax, Engagement, and Fixed Assets a plus.
