Position Overview

The Customer Compliance Management group in the Multifamily Division is seeking an analyst to support the team that maintains and updates the Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide).

**This position can be performed currently from a remote location in the U.S. but will require presence in a Freddie Mac office in the future.***

Our Impact

The Guide team plays a key role in writing and editing updates to the Guide. We collaborate with teams across multifamily and other divisions to implement strong and practical changes to multifamily business requirements. We also create innovative solutions to enhance the Guide experience for Multifamily customers.

Your Impact

In this role, you will be an integral part of the team and will be expected to:

Guide Bulletin Production
  • Draft materials with a focus on client understanding and impacts
  • Engage in daily interaction with multiple levels of staff and management in various departments and divisions throughout the company
  • Analyze and incorporate changes and facilitating effective resolution of issues
  • Proof and edit Guide Bulletins and chapter changes to ensure consistency with current Guide style and format
  • Manage the relationship with our publisher, AllRegs, to ensure timely and accurate publication of the Guide

Customer experience and innovation
  • Update and create dynamic and interactive forms
  • Create innovative solutions to enhance customer experience with the Guide
  • Enhance internal processes

Qualifications
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in English, Writing or related field
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and the secondary mortgage markets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with SharePoint
