Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation seeks to hire an experienced Staffing Coordinator for our Therapy Rehabilitation Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Staffing Coordinator you will:
• Be responsible for the assignment and allocation of staff, utilizing computer programs to achieve the staffing standards.
• Coordinate daily staffing needs, under the direction of the Therapy Manager.
• Collaborate development of schedules with Managers for the Therapy Department
• Input and manage department time-sheet data entry.
• Assist Leadership with data collection (time and attendance, staff usage reports, etc).
• Assist with the coordination of new employee orientation scheduling and other special projects as assigned.
• Update productivity daily reports and perform other clerical duties as assigned .

Qualifications include:
• High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum or two years of secretarial or administrative support experience.
• Must be detailed oriented, have the ability to work independently and handle a multi task environment.
• Experience with KRONOS Payroll and Timekeeping System preferred
• Organizational and time management skills
• MicroSoft Office Skills, i.e. Excel and Word
• Must complete required Condition of Employment Training

Work Schedule:

The staffing coordinator assists managers at outpatient, inpatient and acute care sites with staffing needs, including regular, floater and per diem staff.

The coordinator's hours are Monday-Friday 6:30 am-3:00 pm
