MIL currently holds several multi-year contracts with NAWCAD in the areas of Cyber, C5ISR, and Information Technology systems.


The MIL Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to support a Federal Government client at our Lexington Park, MD location. The Warehouse Team Lead will manage the inventory flow of materials and merchandise.

  • Manage the inventory flow of materials and merchandise along with noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damage, and routing materials and merchandise to prescribed storage locations
  • Plan shipments of materials with staff and other shipping companies
  • Responsible for the shipment of Government Materials and proper storage of Government Materials
  • Supervise, train and assign work to other warehouse staff

Required Qualifications
  • HS/GED
  • US Citizenship
  • At least 4 Years of experience in the receipt, storage, and accountability of equipment, material or supplies in a warehouse environment
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Extensive experience working with databases, including the entering and editing of data within an inventory database
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to operate hand equipment to move pallets and freight drops from trucks and throughout the warehouse
  • Ability to operate a forklift to load and unload trucks
  • Ability to pass a D.O.T. certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, vendors, and personnel from other departments within MIL
  • Ability to travel up to 15% to other sites, as needed

Desired Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Knowledge of the following data bases: MICS, MTS, Deltek, and INTELLITRACK
  • Current D.O.T. certification
  • Associate's Degree


HS Diploma/GED
