GENERAL DUTIES Conducts and/or participates in interviews with business stakeholders when business requirements are changing or expanding and updates the Software Requirements Specification based upon the results of the interviews. Administer and/or oversee systems for multiple projects and environments.Provides ongoing administrative support for the product to include: coordinating the receipt, application and validation of product updates; coordinating user training as necessary; resolving problems experienced by the product user community; developing, maintaining and updating, as applicable, relevant client documentation; developing demo/test data and conducting product demonstrations; identifying product defects or issues that must be resolved to ensure that the product fully meets the changing needs of the client user community; working with product vendors Supports the client by resolving incidents and completing standard service requests.Troubleshoots issues and problems to identify the cause and implements fixes.Develops a software installation plan and schedule and coordinates product installation with client and vendor management. Develops and/or supports the development of software test plans, test scripts and test data for testing the COTS software product and executes the software tests.May assist client management in evaluating and selecting the best value COTS software product. QUALIFICATIONS 3 years of related experienceWindows Server 2008/2012/ administrationUnderstanding of IIS setup and configurationUnderstanding of Server Features and Roles setup and configuration DESIRED SKILLS Bachelor degree in Information Systems or any other related field.DEA suitability.Windows Server 2016.Oracle 11/12 databases.SQL 2008/2012/2014 database.
