The Account Supervisor will join the Account team critical in developing and implementing our clients Marketing Plans and Campaigns. We prefer someone with stellar Account Management skills in the advertising industry. The Account Supervisor will support the Account Director in running the department as smoothly as possible by providing high quality service to the clients as well as providing support to our internal stakeholders. While this is a Remote opportunity, preference is for the Supervisor to be in the Arlington, VA metro area. Account Supervisor Responsibilities:Work closely with the Account Director in developing budgets.Keep track of spend and savings of creative and merchandising.Day-to-day management of agency s creative development, digital marketing, traffic, and merchandising.Collaborate with Media Team on development and implementation of Marketing PlansBuilds strong rapport with clientsWork on special projectsManagement of financial records, both internally and externallyIn charge of Marketing Plans for multicultural customer segmentsSupport Account Executive(s)Account Supervisor Qualifications:Strong project management skillsAt least 6 years of experience as a Supervisor or seasoned Sr. Account Executive in ad agency preferredAccount Management experienceSolution-oriented mentalityData-driven individualExperience with multicultural marketing a plusKnowledge of Marketing and Advertising in Retail a plusSelf-starter, able to work independently and take initiative without directionProficient in MS Office and Google Suite applicationsAccount Supervisor Benefits:Salary Range: $75k - $85kHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k matchGenerous PTO
