CGI is part of a team to coach Agile DevSecOps teams at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We provide Agile, DevSecOps and solution architecture coaches to help DevSecOps teams to deliver value in a consistent way across contracts and delivery areas. This position is for a senior Agile Coach. This role will work coach teams within a SAFe Release Train to assist them in working together to produce value at a steady cadence. This role will work with Scrum Masters to prepare for planning sessions, proper tracking of Epics, Features and Stories across digital teams. Your future duties and responsibilities Attend daily stand-ups for the coaching team and the individual DevSecOps teams being coached. Assist teams in preparing and managing their backlogs. Assist teams in understanding and mapping cross-system and cross-team dependencies. Advise on improvements to agile processes at USCIS to reduce friction. Work with teams to effectively design, build, and deliver solutions. Experience with JIRA and Confluence. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required. Minimum of 10 years of experience leading Agile teams is required. Bachelor's degree required. Certified Scrum Master (CSM). SAFe Certification. Strong verbal communication skills. Desired Qualifications: Experience working with DHS and USCIS development teams on Agile projects. Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer.
