About You: Bachelor's degree is required; HR certification is preferred. 3+ years of professional human resources experience required. Strong skills in HRIS (Paycom) and Performance Management and Talent Acquisition platforms. Experience with data collection, data entry, and building formulas in Microsoft Excel is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The Job: Manage day-to-day benefits program needs; serve as liaison between organization and insurance carriers. Lead full-lifecycle recruitment and onboarding processes. Handle all performance management strategy and employee relations. Serve as back-up Office Manager as needed. This is a temporary-to-hire position with an hourly rate of $25-$30/hr with the potential to convert to a $60K-$70K salary (DOE).
