The Role in Brief: Associate Director, Product Marketing, Enrollment Services (Cappex and Intersect) Have a passion for innovative ideas and the power of insight? EAB's Product Marketing team is looking for a talented, driven, and entrepreneurial marketer to join the Enrollment Services team supporting Cappex and Intersect. The Product Marketing team develops content and strategies to increase brand awareness, create demand, drive sales, and support renewals for our Enrollment Services business. This includes developing thought leadership content such as blog posts, white papers, and infographics; content for webinars and conference presentations; and sales enablement collateral such as visit decks, one-pagers, furthering tools, and urgency documents. In addition to a passion for persuasive writing, a love for big ideas, and a graphical eye, in order to be successful in the role, one must have excellent collaboration and project management skills. This role will be based in Washington, DC or Richmond, Virginia; candidates who are based remotely are also welcomed and will be strongly considered. Primary Responsibilities: Identifies opportunities to inflect sales and renewals by leveraging content and/or collateral; develops creative solutions to challenges facing Enrollment commercial teams Develops high-quality, differentiating content that helps EAB sustain and improve its competitive position in the crowded enrollment marketing space Selects best channels, messages, stories, and media for generating awareness and leads, acquiring visits, furthering evaluations, and closing new business Prioritizes project queue to maximize impact on contract value Creating Content Writes, designs, and produces effective content including blog posts, case studies, conference proposals/presentations, whitepapers, webinars, infographics, video testimonials, executive briefings, reference webinars, visit decks, scripts, competitive positioning pieces, brochures, executive summaries, website content, furthering tools, urgency documents, and other collateral Develops and maintains a content calendar/pipeline based on external research and interviews with internal stakeholders Interprets complex issues and presents them effectively; adapts style, tone, and word choice to various media Proactively edits existing collateral and/or scripting to reflect latest market intelligence Achieves high standards of productivity and timeliness Driving Innovation Proposes and tests new channels, deliverables, formats, and ideas Actively contributes to the evolution of the firm's Product Marketing function, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall performance Collaborating across teams Aligns with sales team leader to develop content strategy, prioritize initiatives, develop/finalize deliverables, and launch materials with sales team Collaborates with other groups across the firm, such as creative services, product delivery, product management, research, and meetings management Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' professional experience Able to clearly and precisely express complex ideas in written and graphical form; skilled at adapting language, format, and style for various media and audiences Able to take ownership and drive projects from beginning to end, working with multiple groups effectively and on multiple projects concurrently Intellectually curious, quick study, creative, attentive to detail, self-motivated Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word Willingness to travel to a Richmond and/or DC office on a regular basis to meet with team members Ideal Qualifications: Professional experience in product marketing, content strategy, brand strategy, research, digital marketing, or marketing communications Professional experience developing, marketing, selling, or delivering consulting services Knowledge of the US higher education industry Consistent with our belief that our employees are our most valuable resource, EAB offers a competitive and inclusive benefits package.
