Come join us in helping solve the nations most complex problems!We are seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to support the development, test and evaluation of next generation naval systems.Qualifications:Must be enrolled in an engineering curriculum at an accredited college or university and have completed at least one year of studyRelevant course work requiredLiterate in PC software, a working knowledge of CAD, and other computer software used to complete design assignments.3.0 GPA minimumSecret clearance preferredMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, which requires proof of US citizenship.Required:Coursework and/or experience in the design, development, implementation, and testing of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery specific to high-voltage RF transmitter systems or equipment designed for operation while exposed to high electromagnetic currents and fields.Experience in the fabrication, operation, application, installation, and repair of mechanical components and systems.Experience in the integration of HPM or pulsed power systems into land, air or shipboard applications. Relevant experience in 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) softwareExperience with Digital and analog control systems, power electronics, and electromagnetic Interference (EMI) mitigation techniques.Experience in design, development, test, and evaluation of a wide variety of RF sensors, antennas and systems.Experience with test planning and instrumentation requirements analysis, procurement, configuration, and operation including computer-based data acquisition systems.Experience with systems analysis, technical documentation, maintenance, repair, operation, and support.Experience manufacturing parts to create interfaces with commercial off the shelf systems.
