The Senior Claims Examiner will adjudicate all aspects of Travel/Accident and Health claims within stated authority. Responsibilities Adjudicate all aspects of travel claims within stated authority with a high degree of accuracy Interface with assistance providers Handle subrogation and coordination of benefits Field and respond to claims-related calls, emails and other correspondence from insureds, providers and accounts Coordinate with Legal for complaints, appeals, DOI/BBB complaints Conduct peer audits Mentor Claims Examiners Qualifications Ability to analyze, organize and present information Exceptional time management skills Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills Strong evaluation and negotiation skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations Ability to take part in active strategic discussions
