Business Unit Description
Summary

This function serves as a key advisor to the SVP, New Affiliate Integration Services and works in close coordination with the SVP and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure that new affiliate integration activities (front and back-office) are well-planned, comprehensive, and implemented in an efficient and effective manner. A highly relational role, this functiAon interfaces across AARP departments, affiliated entities and functional levels and serves as the day-to-day project manager for new affiliate integrations to ensure associated onboarding and integration milestones are met.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in business planning and strategic optimization initiatives with new affiliates across AARP.
  • Support new affiliate transitions across AARP and s erve as a key point of contact for all new affiliate integration stakeholders.
  • Ensure new affiliates maintain the integrity of AARP culture and values.
  • Document post-integration transaction assessments, emphasizing transaction success and lessons learned; codify recommendations for refining due diligence and integration processes to ensure optimal outcomes in the future.
  • Support the new affiliate team in setting priorities, engaging appropriate resources and navigating AARP's operating model.
  • Implement a process to monitor and manage the success of key strategic initiatives, and a mechanism for timely communication and resolution of key issues to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Support internal market intelligence, including researching industry trends, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing competitive landscapes
  • Analytical and presentation support for Executive and Board meetings
  • Design, creates and maintains company presentations (mainly PowerPoint) and images for corporate use, including c-suite and board of director presentations.
Requirements

- B.S. Degree in Business or other related area and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
