AHC is seeking to hire an experienced Behavioral Health Clinical Manager who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As the Clinical Manager, you will:
•Serve as both clinical and administrative supervisor for all adult inpatient therapy staff to include our Manor Long term residential program.
•Provide clinical supervision services for clinicians that include psycho-social assessments, individual, group and family therapy sessions, interdisciplinary treatment and transition and discharge process.
•Administratively supervise all inpatient therapy staff, including documentation and case review.
•Participate in an interdisciplinary treatment team to propose and develop strategies and interventions that would promote excellent therapeutic outcomes
•Assess and intervene in cases of suspected/disclosed child/adult neglect/abuse issues.
•Document services provided and disseminate information/reports to community referral sources and agencies.
•Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, referral sources, and community resources aftercare and supportive services to ensure a successful discharge planning process.
•Promote positive patient-family-community relations.
•Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to diffuse psychotic and/or behavioral crises to ensure client, unit, and staff safety and stability.
•Serve as liaison between inpatient therapy team and leadership staff.

Requirements:

•Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Masters degree preferred
•Maryland RN licensure
•3+ years experience in Behavioral Health
•Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
•Certification in leadership within 1 year ofeligibility
•Supervisory experience preferred
