The current Payroll Manager search being conducted is a stand alone payroll position, handling the full-cycle payroll processing, payroll accounting and ability to support HR as needed. The ideal Payroll Manager must have experience processing for 1000 or more employees within multi-state organizations, and have had hands on experience in payroll reporting, analysis and process improvement. Being this is a standalone Payroll Manager position, the ideal candidate must be comfortable and able to communicate professionally with corporate executives and be able to contribute strategically to the continued development of the payroll department. As the company has been continuing to grow by expanding in both territories and industry, we are seeking a Payroll Professional with strong Payroll HRIS set up experience, particularly if the experience is with ADP WorkForce Now (ADP WFN). This is a great opportunity for an established Payroll professional seeking a company that would greatly value their expertise and vision, or a tracking Sr. Payroll Specialist, looking to grow their technical skills and grow within the organization as they continue to grow.* Responsible for all ADP Workforce Now activities related to payroll.* Overseeing the collection, calculation, and entering of data in ADP Workforce Now including wage garnishments. Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.* Audit payroll reports and timekeeping records to ensure accuracy, identify and address discrepancies eg time sheets, leave time, incorrect pay rate, shift differential issue, etc. Address arising issues with Accounting and HR* Responsible for all employee data changes and payroll deductions. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.Execute bi-weekly payroll, including importing time clock data (if needed), processing adjustments, backup of files as required.* Send all exceptions (unapproved leaves, missed punches, etc.) to HR Manager for clarification. Review and approve changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.* Run and upload 401(k) payroll information on a bi-weekly basis.* Ensure employees know how to access their payroll profile in ADP and assist employees with payroll inquiries as needed.* Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and suggest updates to policies and procedures in writing reporting needed changes.* Run reports in ADP Workforce Now as needed.* Assists with audits as needed by providing required information.* Ensuring year end processes are completely in accurately and in a timely manner including W2s.* Works closely with Accounting and Human Resources.* Other duties as assignedIf you are interested in this position, please submit a resume in word format.
