1. Manage Accounting Operations and Supervision of Staff for Property Management DivisionAccounts ReceivableAccounts PayableGeneral Accounting2. Assist staff in resolution of operational issues and assure accurate recording of transactions and operating schedules maintained.3. Support and promote use of electronic payments, receipts and other reporting opportunities. Takes advantage of opportunities offered by the integrated Accounting/Leasing software package.4. Assure the timely and accurate distribution of owner/investor funds, and all mortgage loans.5. Make suggestions and participate in systems conversions and upgrades for more efficient processing.6. Control and participate in the reconciliation and billing of Real Estate Taxes, CAM and Operating expenses back to tenants.7. Assure that all Real Estate Tax Bills are paid timely to the governmental jurisdictions.8. Review financial setup of new leases/renewals/closeouts for accuracy and accounting records are appropriately updated. This includes the establishment of Recovery profiles at both the property and tenant levels.9. Oversee and use multiple online banking platforms and user access.10. Financial reporting for assigned portfolio of commercial properties for both cash and accrual basis to include general ledger review and necessary journal entries,reporting package preparation, bank reconciliations, balance sheet and variance analysis. Prepare specialize analysis and reports as requested.11. Provide independent accounting firms with requested information and adjust our records as requested.12.
