Sparks Group has partnered with a leading government contractor in search of a Business Development Director. This role will be responsible for selling complex technical products and services while specializing in account management and strategic sales. This role requires an active secret clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain client relationships within federal markets
  • Identify new sales opportunities
  • Achieve revenue targets, increase spend per account, and expand territories
  • Serve as a team lead for high complexity tasks
  • Assist with marketing strategy as needed


Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • BA or BS degree required
  • Minimum 15 years of sales/business development experience required
  • Active secret clearance required; TS/Full-Scop Poly preferred
  • Must have up at least 10 years of selling into the Federal space
  • DOD or Intel Community experience a plus
  • Proven track record of building a pipeline and strategic sales plans
