Adventist HealthCare Home Health seeks to hire an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Team Supervisor for our Southern Maryland Branch who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Registered Nurse (RN) Team Supervisor provides supervision to field and clinical staff in the delivery of effective, safe and coordinated care in accordance with agency policy and procedures, Medicare and Maryland regulations while ensuring accuracy and consistency of clinical documentation. Supports and mentors Home Health Visiting clinicians and field staff.

As a Home Registered Nurse (RN) Team Supervisor, you will:
• Support visiting staff through mentoring, continuing education and administrative support
• Conduct ongoing quality audits by using SHP to monitor OASIS accuracy, participates in weekly
interdisciplinary case conferences and problem cases conferences with staff, and serves on agency
• Conduct joint visits with field staff to assure clinical competence and accuracy of OASIS
• Works with visiting staff to prevent LUPA episodes, utilize supplies and visits efficiently
• Advise staff on holistic approach to healthcare to ensure appropriate uses of MSW and Chaplain

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred or completion within three years of hire into the role.
• Valid Maryland RN license required
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR Certification
• Two (2) years full time experience in acute clinical, Medical/Surgical or facility nursing within the
past five years preferred
• One (1) year Home Health experience within the past two years
• 1-2 years supervisory/management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance that meets AHC required limits
