Platform Manager- Principal Associate

Capital One, a Fortune 500 company and one of the nation's top 10 banks, offers a broad spectrum of financial products and services to consumers, small businesses and commercial clients. Digital Commercial Banking looks to change banking for good by exploring the world of "what could be." That's a great gig because there's never been a more exciting time to be in finance. While other industries have undergone major makeovers, the way we manage and interact with our money has stayed relatively static. Dramatic change is decades overdue. We'll be the first to admit that banks won't change banking. Tech companies will. So, within Digital Commercial Banking, we've assembled a world-class team of bold project managers, visionary designers, brainiac data scientists, and full-stack developers. Together, we use a finely tuned combination of human-centered design, agile development, and emerging tech to deliver the next generation of financial products to our clients.

As a Project Manager at Capital One, you can achieve results you never thought possible by leading critical and strategic business projects. Together, you'll get to know your customer as well as test and learn your way to a minimum viable product. You will work with smart, talented people who will challenge you to excel. You will be rewarded for your passion and your achievements. Ultimately, you'll deliver next generation products that profoundly enrich the day-to-day lives of our clients.
