The Director of Business Development (DBD) is in charge of or oversees all activities related to the overall growth of the company. As the DBD, you will work with our Managing Director, and other key staff, to find and implement common or creative ways for the company to achieve its growth goals. You will manage all contracting and procurement activities. This includes managing our contract bidding process, writing responses to proposals, and maintaining contract renewals. It also includes seeking ways to expand our client base in government. You will also supervise sales and marketing activity and staff at the company. Occasionally, you may need to go to client pitches or presentations, virtually or on-site. ( This position is currently fully remote, but it will return to the office a little later in 2021 .)
