Associate, Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

Responsibilities:

Consultation

  • Create and manage courses, sessions and learner enrollments in our LMS (Doecbo)
  • Partner with various lines of business to solicit facilitators, source rooms and create course offerings
  • Review data to identify waitlist and completion trends to assist with business decisions around the session availability and enrollment totals
  • Document process, responsibilities, best practices and other resources
  • Support facilitators with questions, Zoom invites, reporting and roster reconciliation
  • Assist learners with questions related to the LMS, their course or specific offerings
  • Identify new opportunities to improve processes, procedures and overall usage for end users
  • Serve as liaison between client and product team as required; escalate issues through the proper channels and work with escalation point person to achieve issue resolution


System Knowledge
  • Act as a subject matter expert in all areas of the LMS
  • Actively monitor course enrollments and provide facilitator support
  • Troubleshoot system issues and tasks through multiple channels of communication
  • Create job aids and process documentation
  • Support system upgrades by participating in UAT to test and analyze system functionality and document results
  • Perform basic reporting request s

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in LMS administration OR Client Consulting OR Project Management OR Data Analysis OR a combination of all four


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates degree
  • At least 1 year of LMS Administration experience for a corporate organization with over 5,000 learners
  • At least 1 year of experience in Program or Portfolio management
  • Experience with Google Suite, Zoom and Slack
  • Strong written and verbal communications
