Job Description Practice Area: Litigation - General/Commercial, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, Washington DC office of a BCG Top law firm seeks a commercial litigation attorney with 2-5 years of prior experience in complex commercial litigation, including consumer financial services litigation. The candidate will assist the team in representing financial institution clients in state, federal, and appellate actions. Must have experience drafting all pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and handling mediations. Experience participating in the development of a strategy for written and deposition discovery is required. Must be licensed in the District of Columbia as well as Maryland and/or Virginia, but ideally both Maryland and Virginia. Candidates licensed in two of the three (DC and MD/VA) jurisdictions with relevant experience will be considered. All license(s) to practice must be active and in good standing.
