Job Description Practice Area: International Trade,Corporate - Securities and Capital Markets, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, Washington, DC office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks regulations, investigations, securities, and compliance lawyer with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will join the Regulations, Investigations, Securities, and Compliance practice team with experience primarily in US export controls (BIS), sanctions (OFAC), and other international trade-related regulations (customs). Should have experience in counseling, training, licensing, opinion work, filings, compliance audits, internal investigations, responding to government enforcement actions, and developing and implementing relevant compliance policies and procedures. Should have experience in other types of investigations related to work and/or national security matters (CFIUS). Should also be an active member of the DC Bar.
