The candidate should have litigation, compliance, and counseling experience in a variety of environmental and energy matters including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), and the Clean Water Act (CWA). Must be experienced with the federal rule-making process, including review and analysis of proposed and final rules, as well as comment drafting. Trade association experience preferred.
