The candidate will get hands-on litigation experience, such as courtroom experience, taking and defending depositions, working with experts, and drafting discovery requests/responses. Should preferably have patent litigation experience and a technical background in chemistry, engineering, or a related field. Must be a US patent attorney or eligible to register as a US patent attorney.
