As a Talent Acquisition Partner for POLITICO, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition initiatives and acting as a partner to hiring managers to hire and retain the best talent. You will utilize skills in pipeline building, talent consulting, and a passion for the success of the candidate and their team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing top-tier sales candidates, while providing exceptional levels of service and ensuring a positive candidate experience.The ideal candidate will be a consultative, thoughtful recruiter with experience implementing customized sourcing strategies. You are a champion for candidates and their experience, and know how to listen and respond to hiring manager feedback. You are adaptable, enthusiastic, and can handle complex conversations.What you'll do:Foster consistent talent pipeline and market expertise by building relationships with diverse candidates in the sales marketplaceEvaluate skill, conduct effective interviews, and drive offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and negotiations, and offer presentationAdvocate for the candidate and provide all candidates with an exceptional experience, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the processBuilding relationships and trust by coaching hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates to reach effective outcomes and best practicesSuggest innovative ways to identify and engage new, diverse talent in partnership with hiring managersPosition and effectively articulate the POLITICO employment brandPartner with HR team to design and implement new recruiting strategies, as well as track and analyze key recruiting metrics and trendsWhat you'll need:2+ years proven experience in full-life cycle sales, sales recruiting, or staffingExperience with diving deep into the internet trenches and applying creative, unique ways to attract and find passive candidates.
