The Human Resource Manager actively sources talent into the organization, then creates extraordinary experiences to onboard, train and retain that talent. Plays the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community. Increases caregiver hires, develops a productive recruitment pipeline, and differentiates Right at Home in the employment market. Makes outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent and works to source candidates in a variety of web-based talent portals. Facilitates the hiring process for candidates in the talent pipeline and collaborates with the Office Manager and Scheduler to retain care staff. Conveys a strong need to win, does not give up, and is energized by developing and meeting recruitment goals. The ideal candidate has a successful sales track record in recruitment and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries. The desired candidate will possess the following: Proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews. Hands-on experience with various screening processes. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems. Healthcare administrative or recruiting experience a plus. Knowledge of common medical terminology. Familiarity QuickBooks preferred. Knowledge of Payroll processes preferred. Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment. Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job. Excellent Office and computer skills and organizational abilities (Microsoft Office). High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience. Experience with direct care, caregiving, or a CNA or PCA certification a plus. Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
