Minimum Years of Experience: 8 Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Systems or Engineering. Knowledge Preferred: The SAP BW Planning Manager will be responsible for applying the technical knowhow in SAP BW, SAP HANA and SAP BW-IP toolsets, SAP CRM and ECC solutions to implement SAP Trade Promotion planning solutions for our Consumer Markets practice. Working knowledge of building financial/sales planning applications using SAP planning technologies ( SAP BPC Embedded, BW-IP using Analysis Office ) Experience required in architecting and building SAP BW Integrated Planning based planning models Working experience with HANA Planning Application Kit (PAK) in SAP BW is required Adept in building and configuring BW-IP planning functions ( FOX, ABAP/HANA SQL Script ) Extensive experience with programming using SAP ABAP, HANA SQL Scripts is required Hands-on experience working with SAP BW powered by HANA and BW4HANA features, among others, standard and custom SAP BW Extractors, complex transformations, advanced DSOs, composite providers, exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed scenarios, HANA Analysis process in BW and LSA ++ best practice and performance optimization concepts. Experience with administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving technical problems arises from the technical development. Hands-on experience with SAP (Native) HANA and SAP BW Security concepts including User Management, Roles, and Privileges. Knowledge of SAP Customer Business planning and Trade Promotion Management will be an added benefit Experience required with capturing and documenting non-functional requirements, interpreting functional requirements, defining the architecture, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals. Experience with building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and the ability management of resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection is a huge plus Skills Preferred: At least 5 years' experience in SAP Planning Platform ( SAP BPC /Integrated Planning ) At least 5 years' experience in SAP ABAP Programming At least 2 years' experience in SAP HANA Modeling. At least 3 years' experience in SAP BW powered by HANA (BW 7.4, BW 7.5 powered by HANA) including BW4HANA and LSA++ concepts.
