Habitat America, LLC, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced, professional Full Time Assistant Property Manager/Resident Services Coordinator for Gateway Village Apartments and Village at Mitchell Pond Apartments in Salisbury, Maryland. The candidate selected for this position will split their time between both properties. Habitat America, LLC is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region.To be considered for this position, candidates should have at least 2 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as a Assistant Community Manager/RSC. Leasing and other like position experience will be considered. The Assistant Property Manager/RSC must be able to step in the Property Manager role in their absence, therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. Experience with certifying and recertifying income requirements is desired.The Assistant Manager/Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for implementing and developing programs, activities, and events for the benefit of residents.
