This position provides direct day-to-day oversight of the Real Estate Department and reports directly to the Chief Development Officer.The essential functions of the position include:Support and management of real estate department with 4 - 5 direct reportsManage franchise territoriesManage site selection process and proceduresReview leases and purchase & sale agreementsOversee site committee approval for all sitesManage regional and local broker relationshipsManage national and regional real estate developer relationshipsManagement of real estate department budget, forms, goals, vendors and standard operating proceduresLead and support cross-departmental collaboration QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or related field; advanced degree preferred10 + years commercial real estate experienceProven deal making experienceStrong leadership experienceProcess driven but creative and innovativeMust be detail orientedLease and purchase agreement review and negotiation experienceStrong communication and relationship building skillsExcellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe AcrobatAbility to travel, as needed (~10 - 20%)
