Systems Administrator: As our Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of CrunchTime applications. CrunchTime Information Systems is a software application suite that helps control food, beverage, and labor costs. This person will act as the Crunchtime expert and will provide support to users of all levels, at our corporate office and at our restaurant locations during restaurant business hours as well as after hours. This person is also accountable for the successful implementation of the application at all restaurant locations. What You'll Do: Become an expert on the Crunchtime application suite of products (Enterprise Manager, NetChef & Teamworx)Perform front-end configuration, administration, and tuning of software application productsServes our field as the escalation point for Help DeskExecute Crunchtime database maintenance including, but not limited to: Adding new products + recipes Entering and updating new and changed vendor information Managing vendor order guides Setting up new locations Adding, changing or deactivating applications usersMaintain financial, reporting and posting calendarsWork with Client team members to ensure that the CrunchTime system remains in sync with other integrated systems (POS, accounting software) as neededMonitor CDP Error Remediation to rapidly fix any failed files.Fully support training of restaurants management team on all aspects of Net-Chef as neededCommunicate directly with Crunchtime Support team to convey outstanding issues, requests, and training needs.Work directly with Help Desk and Restaurant Operators to field questions and support end users.Act as liaison between Purchasing, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure all necessary database updates are completed on time for new policy or menu rollouts.
