Job Description Precise Systems is a professional services company currently working for the US Navy, US Marine Corps, and US Air Force. We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.Precise is currently looking for Project Management Specialists (Project Support) to support our Southern Maryland customer. This position is contingent on contract award. The incumbent will provide post-award contract support to track, document, and report contract-related information and data. Interfaces with COR, ACOR, and GPLs to support development of contract-related documents.Required Education: Master's degree, or a qualifying substitution if identified. Substitution includes a Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories; required experience may be substituted for a master's degree OR Associates degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories; required experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories; required experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.A senior-level person typically works on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A senior-level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.Required Experience: Of the minimum ten (10) years of experience required, at least three (3) years of experience must have included leading a team.Additional Experience Required: Demonstrated ability to successfully work with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision to post-award contract support team members.
