Your CareerWe are looking for a talented Technical Enablement Specialist to join our team and help us take our digital training content to the next level. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills with the latest authoring tools and adult learning methods. The courses utilize Palo Alto Networks Prisma Cloud and Compute security and vulnerability detection solutions. Our training products are technical, a background in public cloud and host or container security technologies will be a plus. In addition to building training content, a candidate must also be adept at managing relationships with subject matter experts and managing multiple development projects across varying timelines.Your ImpactWork together with internal content stakeholders to identify and define training requirements.Develop and design digital online and/or instructor-led training that creatively achieves the learning outcomes.Work independently while regularly collaborating with a team of courseware developers and technical instructors.Learn complex technologies and tools for development of technical training.Keep up with product development - ensure courses being developed are in-line with product direction, company goals, and training team strategy.Maintain training content updates through rapid product upgrade cycles.Attend Transfer-of-Information and product training sessions to stay current on products and features.Build and maintain relationships with content and product experts during the development, design, review and updating phases of instructional design.Deliver training in a class-room or zoom setting to globally distributed teamsInfuse courses with role-based, learning levels, and inquiry elements.Follow team instructional design standards, processes, and procedures.The TeamOur Customer Success team is critical to our success and mission.
