If you are known for your ability to execute with a high degree of expediency and accuracy, this is the position for you!The ERP Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of the company's data systems including, but not limited to, ERP, document management, POS, productivity and communications. This person will take responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving any software issues. In addition, this person will participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement system improvements. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Ensure system reliability and performanceCoordinate new software releases and upgrades with software vendor and end usersTrain end users on Curio systemsTroubleshoot systems issuesWork with software vendors to develop and implement system automation to improve productivityEvaluate business and system processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutionsShadow end-users to determine areas for improvement in systems and processes and recommend new features or changesEnsure solutions meet business needs and requirementsUpdate, implement and maintain proceduresMonitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projectsWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Systems and Network Administration or related major, 3+ years of systems experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. High attention to detailStrong written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft applications, especially ExcelAbility to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.Intellectual curiosityAbility to learn quicklyAble to follow standard work and procedure.Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervisionWhat We Do:Curio Wellness is cultivating a better way of life.
