Primary Responsibilities: Analyze and review both qualitative and quantitative data to inform business decisions Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through project management and collaboration with cross-functional partners Support process improvement through documentation, standardization, and data collection Manage multiple initiatives and implementations with both internal and external teams You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Certified Associate in Project Management or 2 years of experience in a project management role 2 years process documentation experience 3-5 years Excel and data visualization experience 2 years Power Point and facilitation experience SharePoint experience If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (ie, entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.
