In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience.As part of the internal Executive Talent Acquisition team, you will be part of a best in class search team that partners closely with the leaders of our company to identify, engage and cultivate top talent. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead robust sourcing and research capabilities for Executive leadership roles as well as to consult in the position of subject matter expert to the most senior leaders in our organization. You will be part of a team with a strong reputation and brand for delivering diverse and talented slates of candidates for critical Executive Technology roles at Capital One.As a Manager within Executive Recruiting, you will create strong internal business partner relationships to meet our hiring goals and be their trusted partner for all things talent acquisition. You will have a passion for keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to remain competitive and deliver a world-class experience to our partners and candidates. You will care deeply about people and have a passion for developing team members and ensuring their success. In this role, you and your team (in conjunction with the broader recruiting team) will design and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for critical growth businesses at Capital One.Roles and ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand and deliver unique talent needs while keeping all parties apprised along the journey. Become a deep subject matter expert within your business partner groupDevelop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closingLeverage data and metrics to conduct analysis on talent markets and our delivery to better support our teams, business partners, and candidatesBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consultingAt least 4 years of experience in Client ManagementPreferred QualificationsMaster's Degree or MBAProfessional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certificationAt least 7+ years of experience in HR strategy or 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a combinationAt least 7+ years of experience in Client ManagementAt least 5+ years of experience in People ManagementAt least 2+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting tools (ie Excel, Tableau)At least 3+ years experience in strategic developmentAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this positionNo agencies please.
