We are looking for an IT Security Compliance Analyst provides support to one or more assigned Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) for Authorization & Accreditation documentation, artifact collection, Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs), and data calls.Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Plans of Action & Milestones (POA) management support.Provide system interconnections support. (eg maintain and update all system Interconnection Security Agreements (ISAs).Provide system security documentation support, such as Security Authorization Package Core Documents.Provide security Assessment & Authorization (A) support.Provide Risk Assessment (RA) support.Provide Contingency Planning (CP) support.Provide System and Information Integrity (SI) and Flaw Remediation support.Provide security guidance and support to Information System Security Officers (ISSO) and other security POCSProvide presentations and briefings as assignedWrite, edit, manage a wide variety of IT Security documentationBe familiar with Federal IT standards such as the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS), NIST Special PublicationsAbility to work well independently and in a team settingEnsure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance the System Security Plan (SSP), Standard operating Procedures (SOP), and customer directivesDevelop and maintain System Security Plans (SSP), Contingency Plans, BusinessImpact Analyses (BIA), and other security documentationExcellent attention to detail and strong analytical skillsPerform quality assurance reviews of POA artifacts and core documentation for accuracy and complianceQualificationsTypically, 3-10 years relevant experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity preferably, within the Federal Government is required.
