This dynamic human resource supports our organization within the Hand Tools, Accessories teams, all focused on helping drive sales growth for a $4B business. You'll get to: Plan, manage and lead HR projects and initiatives designed to attract, retain and develop a highly skilled workforce.Partner closely with HR, Finance, business leaders, and other stakeholders as needed to assess and plan for current and future workforce needs.Report on recruiting key performance indicators (KPIs) to continually improve the effectiveness of the function.Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads to regularly review KPIs and progress against goals.Design, implement, monitor, and communicate metrics dashboards to all stakeholders.Develop and scale onboarding programs to streamline and speed new hire time-to-productivity. Collaborate with DE Program Manager for diversity development opportunities Partner with HRBPs and other BUs to create transparency of open roles and promote talent sharing.Who You Are You always strive to do a good job but wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
