Remote SDE Technical Recruiter
A leading eCommerce company in downtown Seattle is looking for a technical recruiter with a strong background in SDE sourcing. Job Description:Recruiting the right candidates is critical to our ability to innovate and build on behalf of our customers. As the search for talent becomes more competitive, we are bringing together recruiting, tech, programs, and process teams to find and hire candidates who raise the bar more quickly and efficiently. Looking for a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to join our sourcing team.Required Skills: * 5+ years of recruiting experience with Exec experience, OR recent tech and IT experience * Recent tech hiring experience * MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.* Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.* Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.* Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.* * Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.* * Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.* * Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.* * Leadership experience managing recruiters and coordinators* Must be experienced sourcing via LinkedIn Preferred Skills: Strong commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering interview-ready candidates Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision Experience building and using a variety of sourcing plans and tools, Will be recruiting on SDM & TPM Level IV(leadership) roles.
