SummaryYou will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Military/Information Systems) serving as the Section Head, Operations and Integration Section, Manpower Management Records and Performance (MMRP), Manpower Management Division (MM), Manpower and Reserve Affairs Department (M), Headquarters, US Marine Corps. Learn more about this agency Responsibilities You will identify and prioritize functional requirements, determine feasibility of the implementation of requirements in the A-PES, PES, OD I-RMS, and DBR environments, and evaluate the potential impact and risk of implementation. You will assist in visionary plans for new technology and processes. You will serve as the USMC Account Manager and functional analyst for the Office of Secretary of Defense, Defense Personnel Record Image Retrieval System (DPRIS), reviewing requests for access to other Services' Official Military Personnel File. You will assist in forming the agenda for Configuration Control Board sessions with Systems Command, MMRP, and contractors, supporting MMRP automated information systems. You will perform supervisory duties to include planning, scheduling, and directing work through prioritization, as well as establishing and advising employees of performing appraisals. You will collaborate with internal sections regarding submission of Software Change Requests. You will represent the Branch at meetings, conferences, and/or seminars, resolving issues which impact the Branch. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
