They support employees and guiding the escalation, redirection or resolution of HR related questions and requests appropriately. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Remain well-versed in HR regulatory and UA HR Policy knowledge and stays informed of changes in both areas Act as the first point of contact to employees for HR related questions and requests. Guide the escalation, redirection or resolution as appropriate, with empathy, while being pragmatic and consistent to standards and guidelines. Develops, implements, reinforces, and modifies HR policies, programs, and procedures. Audits HR policies, programs, and procedures against relevant legislation and best practices and recommends improvements. Partners closely with Benefits and Legal in ADA, Leave Accommodation requests. Directly managing the interactive process.
